Bronze/Beginners will practice Monday through Thursday 5:30-6:45 p.m. Arrive at the pool by 5:30 for stretching and announcements.

The Silver group will practice: Arrive at the pool 15 minutes early for stretching and announcements.
Monday and Wednesday from 5:15-6:45 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:45-7:15 p.m.

The Norfolk High School swim team will be hosting a swim meet against Kearney. The meet will begin at 4:00 p.m.
